Single Family Home Remodel & Repair
Transforming an older home is always a thrill for us, like this home that was truly a "whole-home" renovation!
The neutral lighter colors somehow made features suddenly appear, like the beautiful high ceilings and the spaciousness of the master bedroom.
From the needed repairs, to the granite kitchen countertops, to the new flooring and paint throughout, every nook and cranny got a makeover, and the outcome was truly remarkable.
Townhouse Remodel & Repair
Starting with a 1980's layout and decor, we gave this home a neutral update, complete with LVP flooring and removal of popcorn ceilings throughout.
Termite and water damage were repaired in kitchen and living areas. Notice the wall removals in both the kitchen and the master bathroom, opening up the spaces beautifully.
One of our family's "Fix & Flip" projects, this property went under contract 3 weeks after putting it up for sale!
Guest House Renovation & Repair
Can we say "WOW'? This was a utility house that had plumbing and electrical connections to the main house, but was never completed on the inside, and the wood floor had rotted and collapsed.
A concrete floor was poured, a bathroom was created, and the ceiling was finished cathedral in the main area. Plumbing was connected to the main house, electrical outlets added, and the interior was finished as a beautiful 300 sq ft guest house!
Duplex Remodel & Repair
This duplex rehab was what we call a "gut job"! The only thing left after demo was the walls and tubs - notice the total tub makeover from green (what decade was that anyway??) to shiny white!
This was one of the oldest structures we've ever rehabbed, and we must admit, we learned A LOT while renovating these! Just goes to show - a few repairs, paint, flooring, new counters/ cabinets, and some pretty appliances and lighting fixtures go a LONG ways in making even these old houses seem almost new again.
Exterior Painting & Repair
A few repairs and some rather large containers of paint - and voila! you can transform the exterior of an outdated brick home!
This is a great example of what a difference just a bucket of paint and simple landscaping can make on a home's curb appeal - and a good example of our exterior work.
Commercial Cafe Remodel
Here the our team opened up a commercial space by removing a wall and removing the dropped ceiling. Then we built a bulkhead, where you see the chalkboard menus, as well as a custom counter. Nice, huh?
Custom Shelving
Here you can view the custom shelving unit we built/painted in the same
cafe/market, to house its merchandise and coolers, plus a custom built and stained produce stand. Notice the beginnings of the counter and bulkhead shown completed above ;)
